14 day return period

New (unwashed/unworn) or defective merchandise may returned within fourteen days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was received, i.e., all tags intact or merchandise will be returned to sender. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card only. Shipping in is non-refundable.

Shipping fee refund Shipping fees will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of C-Red Brand. We will only refund the price of "standard/ground/economy" shipping.

Missing/Damaged Item Any item returned that is missing or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

1. All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) - obtained from customer service. The RA# must be written on the outside of the package on the mailing label in a prominent place, if this is not done the package will be returned to you.

2. The package must include the packing slip, you must circle the item you are returning and indicate the reason for the return.

3. Pack the box carefully and securely. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information:
  • bill-to name
  • bill-to address
  • bill-tophone number
  • ship-to address
  • ship-to phone number
  • order number
  • reason for return
